REFUND

What happened yesterday was the worst ever, The last time I spoke to the manger Tebogo( woodmead) I was told I'll get my refund after 7 working day. I sent an email to Julia from customer service, she advised that it takes 7 working days to reflect in my account. I get a phone call from the store yesterday afternoon 24/01/2022 stating that they have only collected half I can come get half today 25/01/2022, so who is the lair here the customer service ans manger. I will never shop at HI FI CORP WOODMEAD EVER AGAIN.
