Refund!!!!

I have purchased a TV online and few days after no delivery I was told the item is out of stock therfore I'll be refunded. I have sent all documents required for a refund.

Even now no communication, I've called to do follow up I was told they can see a refund in progress. I have sent emails to track the status, no refund. Order number ***.

Poor customer service....
