I went to hi-fi corp where i bought ellies plug from them, i wasnt told that i needed to register for the 2year warranty that ill have with them i meet this guy forgot his name whom helped me to understand in how it works they tested the plug it still works, i had an issue with my plugs due to loadshadding🙏🏽i cqn recommnd people to go buy from that store they give the best customers service keep it up
