Refund

Since 31/12/2020 , after I paid my account in full, debit order still went off , in the store I paid my account, my account is in credit en after numerous calls to the financial department and after the store consultant filled in a refund form I still await my refund, the constant told me the payment will be made by 21/01/2021 and still nothing. I'm very unhappy.
