Refrigerator purchased at Hifi Corporation Wonder Park Shopping center

I purchased KIC refrigerator at Hifi Corporation Wonder Park Shopping center on the 05/01/2024.Since I bought it, it had a fault. I reported it and communicated with the following people, Miss Yvonne whom they claim that she is no more working,Katlego Nkuna(receptionist) Malusa Mauda(Regional manager and a store manager. At the beginning of 2025 till mid 2025 three people came to fix the fridge but the problem was never solved, I went there several times with no help until June 2026 (Ref no. :HF_KIC_***)came and try to fix the fridge. The outcome was that he write it off and he told me that he will report it the shop. When I do the follow up they send me up and down they tell me that the fridge is out of warranty, while the warranty on fridge is 5 years.I reported the matter while the fridge was only one year without their help. The person who write it off so that they can give new fridge please note, ref no(HF_KIC_***)invoice no:9838.Please assist.
