Reference ***

I bought a sewing machine last year June during Covid. I kept the slip in the box and it specifically says that it has a 1 year warranty. My sewing machine has been giving me a problem for a very long time however I tried to make it work up until I couldn't no more for the issue with the sewing machine effected the way the stitches appears on the fabric. Today I brought everything back and was told that they can't give me a new sewing machine but must logg it for repairs. Mind you the waiting period is 7-21 days. This is my bread and butter. I can't wait for that long to retain my clients. Why does it state on the slip 1 YEAR Warranty???
