Received a broken laptop, now no communication.

I bought a packard bell notepad online on 10.05.2024. After receiving it I noticed there is no sound. I took the laptop to Hifi corp Secunda branch on 24.05.2024. They told me it will take 21 working days to repair. It has now been 31 working days and now communication from them. I Mada a complaint JD COMPLAINTS: *** still nothing, no communication no one knows when the laptop is going to be fixed. When I phone the branch all they have to say is, "eish, I don't know". I want my laptop or my money back.
