Really poor service!

Bought a laptop online on their sale. Not even a day of having it there were issues. I was informed to return to a physical shop and they'd handle it from there... That was last week thursday. I have been in store once to find out what's going on with the refund, tried calling 3 times with no luck and I've probably sent like 10 emails at least. To date, no idea what's happening. I logged a complaint on their online store. Not sure what's going on. But really, won't be buying from them again.
