Really poor communication from online support

I had purchased and air cooler and requested a store pick up . Without any feedback I called support to query . Only to find out the branch has no stock . I did not receive an sms or email. After deliberations with support a refund was processed. I was told the department would call me to process the refund. Till today i haven’t received a call
