REALLY A MONTH LATER WHEN YOU SAY 2-3 WORKING DAY

what an absolutely disgusting and pathetic service if I had known this was the service we were going to receive I would have taken my cash driven to makro or game and loaded the darn chairs in my Jeep and my poor husband and I would have been sorted I mean you go online the stock shows available delivery 2-3 working days next thing you phone the call center firstly the make you wait 30mins before they answer and then almost a month later the office chairs have still not been delivered because they are coming from a warehouse in Cape Town and now it might be closed because someone contracted COVID19, I am not being insensitive I am an essential health worker myself but then why not just say in the beginning rather go get it in your own province I mean really wot the fudge!!!!
