I bought a 39 inch Diamond tv at the Kenilworth branch and I had to travel on numerous occasions to the store because the tv kept going blank with no picture , at this very moment it is again the same problem which happens every time ,now they tell me my warranty is expired and I have to pay approximately R1000+- to have it fixed and it will be wise for me to buy another tv .My problem is if it broke so many times under warranty don't they have to replace it rather than send it numerous occasions to get it fixed .I will never ever set foot in that store ever again!!!
