R450 to get printer back from Supplier

I sent in my 5 month old printer (that I bought from HiFi Corp) because it had a defect. It is still under manufacturers warranty and was sent by HiFi Corp to Canon for inspection. I now need to pay HiFi Corp R450 to get my printer back. This is ridiculous!
