Quick to take your money and not deliver service

I bought an iPad mini with their extended warranty but they failed to inform us that should the iPad suffer physical damage the warranty becomes null and void. This was not told at the time of purchasing the warranty. The warrenty cost us R444.00, when we took the iPad back to the service department they wanted and additional R350,00 just to get a quote. We were told that it is cheaper buying a new one as the cracked screen will cost more replace. We got a quote from an outside company which quoted R1200.00 to fix the screen which is not even half the price of a new iPad. We highly suggest don't take out any type of warrenty with them as they are just a money making ****.
