Quick to take money but don't know how to return it

I recently made an online purchase at Hifi Corp and the website said that I can collect from any store however at the store it was said that I need to wait for delivery as they don't give out stock for online purchases. I called to cancel the order as they falsely advertised and they have not yet returned my money and it has almost been two weeks. This is the worst service ever and they **** about the business online. STAY AWAY from Hifi corporation as they are quick to take your money and don't want to return it.
