CUSTOMER CARE IS A JOKE!!!! I called more than 6 times this morning got through to 4 ladies and 3 of them dropped the line and the one gave me attitude. All I want to do is pay my settlement amount which I owe but clearly that is too much. The service is pathetic I wasted my airtime and when I ask if I can get a callback after the 5th time of calling I get told we not allowed to do that. I honestly never received bad service before but it seems as if Hifi does not want me to be done with them
