PUT YOURSELF IN THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES

Worst experience ever, i placed an online order for 2 single beds on 08/02 . Theys said delivery will be 2-5 working days and im still waiting for the delivery. No communication I'm the one that must call for follow ups. This matter was escalated yesterday today they telling me they are out of stock but on friday 14/02' the beds were out for delivery but after 5 they sent a sms saying unfortunately they couldnt deliver with no reasons. I asked for a refund and was told it will take about 7 -14 working days therefore in stuck with them.
