Pure hearts funeral catering is very unprofessional and has poor communication with the customers and within them. Very few of them are customer friendly. I lost my uncle over a weekend and informed them Monday 12/12/2022, of which Elizabeth checked and confirmed that they will offer the catering and grocery service this saterday 17/12/2022. Elizabeth shared the claiming forms with me to complete and send them back to them. Until today I have not yet received any feedback. When I call them they are talking me from pillar to post and tomorrow it's a holiday.
