Purchase delivery delayed

Hifi Corp Soshanguve mall is super inconsiderate of customers needs, I purchased a fridge 28 Feb in store and I was advised that the fridge will be delivered Monday as the available stock was found at Hifi Corp Wonderpark, the cashier did not take my number nor address for the delivery I had to specify or should I say ask if they not going to take down my details, thereafter Monday I call to follow-up on the delivery, and I am **** to advising that my purchase is on the way the delivery people are at wonderpark mall store, it’s Tuesday and I am doing a follow-up on both stores and it’s a back and forth wonderpark mall manager tells me that the purchase is ready for delivery however the delivery people left it and went to deliver at winterveld mabopane of which it’s not far from my place how is that possible. I am not happy with this process and it’s either I get my money back and go purchase the fridge elsewhere or get my purchase ASAP.
