Products not quality

<p>I purchursed two 16G Lexar USB at Hifi Corp in N1 City last month and i started using the first one which was working well till now but today i thought about loading my work in to the second one to my suprised this one was not working.I called them and spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Mamela Bikitsha who failed even to acknowledge and apologies to me ...ALL SHE ASKED ME IS "DO YOU HAVE A RECEPT"? AND I SAID NO AND SHE SAID "THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU". Where is customer services in that? i asked her the manager or the managers email address and she told me to call this number ********** 459.</p> <p>You know last week i puchursed a 43 inch Flatcreen TV and a friend of mine told me to buy it at Hifi Corp and i refused but after the service i recived today i will never but in that store again and i will make sure that my friends ,family, collegues as well do not.r</p> <p>Thw services was bad all i expected was to aknowledge and apologies i lost my money at the end of the day.</p>
