Problems with Hisense tv

I purchased a 40\ Hisense LED tv from Hifi Corp in Menlyn. After using the tv for a few days i noticed that the tv when the standby mode is activated comes on by itself. I took the tv in to the Hifi Corp branch in centurion and received another tv which is doing the exact same thing. I have tried calling centurion branch from 10am this morning and it is now 3.35pm and no one has called me back to resolve this. I had spoken to the service technician who informed that the service manger will call me back but after numerous calls to hifi Corp centurion i was told that the service manager is on lunch. Also i have been told that the store manager has left for the day. So there is no superiors who can assist me. I am lost for words and cannot fathom the fact that Hifi CORP CENTURION is so not customer orientated. I would really appreciate it if head office can contact me in this regard as i am a very dissatisfied customer."
