Price Beat??? Really?

<p>I was in the market for a fridge. I found one that was in budget and it was on special at both Game and Hi-Fi Corp. The one at Game was cheaper and I decided to go for the one at Hi-Fi Corp and test their price beat policy. After convincing the sales person at Hi-Fi Corp that there is a price beat policy, she went and spoke to her manger and moments later she returned with a new price. To my shock and amazement, the discounted price was a mere R10. What really made me cringe was the insult of the R10 discount. I had spent more on travelling costs, passing two Game stores only to be offered R10 off what I could have paid at Game</p>
