Pots from hell

I bought pots from them and the black coating or paint is coming out. They were not expensive but still I bought them with my hard earned cash. J wouldn't have bought them had I known the kind of quality they were. The coating is removed and now we are left with just pots with rust in my cupboard. This us not on and needs to be fixed.
