Possibly the worst business I have ever used: up there with the police station and home affairs

Absolutely RIDICULOUS service. I will NEVER EVER use this business again in my life. It would have been cheaper to actually just go to incredible connection and pay a bit more on what I wanted. I have spent R150 in airtime, (the difference that the product was cheaper by) more than two calls that I have been on hold for for about 20 min. I placed an order on the 9th June that has STILL not been delivered. That’s almost 4 weeks after stating a “2-5 day delivery” No notifications on why, no updated tracking, nobody answering phones, no communication from email site supp****, no follow up emails....NOTHING AT ALL. Keeping in mind that I paid instant EFT the day I ordered and sent pop the next day, I only received confirmation in email two weeks after this. The people I spoke to on the phone were adamant all was well and it would be delivered. 3 and a bit weeks later and LOOK AT US GO! Good job Hi Fi Corp, I’d rather deal with home affairs than your useless excuse of a business, rather stop doing online orders for good.
