POOREST SERVICE AND WORSE PLACE TO EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM!!!

I bought a JBL 5.1 Surround Sound from them on the 18th of December 2021. Only to recieve a faulty product, then I got told they will send a replacement and pick up the faulty one the day they bring me the new one - needless to say it did not happen like that. I had to take the product to the courier. After MANY MANY phone calls, e-mails, chats etc, I still have not recieved the product that I paid R8999 for - they did not had to wait for my money. I am so frustrated it feels I can SCREAM, and no one is helping me. Now it’s veen almost a month
