Poorest online service

Worst service I've ever received. Bought fridge online on 27th November. The 5 days for delivery passed with no feedback from them. I've phoned 3 times. Still with no feedback when I'll get fridge. Only say they waiting on supplier. How can you sell something if you don't have it in stock? Now if I want to cancell they say it can take up to 10days for refund. Which means i will have no fridge the whole December. Pathetic service. Keep saying they'll escalate still waiting for feedback
