Poorest and lowest level of service received

Unacceptable and the lowest level of service received at your store at Cornubia Mall. The appalling treatment that I received from your staff through to management is absolutely disappointing. I had to greet your staff and management first, unfortunately they do not know the meaning of what customer service is and for this reason, you will be losing alot of customers. I walked into the store to return an item but your staff gave me such a difficult time that I wasn't able to get a refund, I was treated so poorly and I'm sure that's not what your brand aspires to me. I will NEVER purchase an item from your store again!
