Poorer and unhelpful service

I’m very so disappointed with the services that I have received at HI CORP Jabulani mall Fist incident was that I wanted to apply for revolving credit so that I can buy house hold appliances, while busy with my application I was then told that the is a problem my finger print the system could find me I was told that I would be called I had to drive back home

Second incident I was called and advised to come through to finalize my application , I went to the store then was told that I can choose what I wanted to buy and I told the person that was assisting what that i wanted to buy kitchen appliances like double door , fridge, built in stove , micro oven but I needed the appliances in November as i don’t want them now I was told that revolving credit u can’t have it without buying any item in the store, I said fine let leave the application I had to drive back home

Third incident today I saw a special where one can buy a 70inc Samsung television and get a sound bar free, I drive to the store again I tell the sale person I need to lay a television on special and I was advised that the cant help me with the layby for a to without having a tv license up front, told the sale person that I will bring the tv license when I take out the television cause the special end today and I will only pay it for three month the tv I was told that no they can’t help me had to drive again back home again the third time. The services that I have receive at HI CORP Jabulani Mall have been un very poor services and unhelpful.. the petrol and time I have wasted thinking that they rendering a good services. I saw that even in future purchase they are a shop I should never consider walking into
