Poor work ethics from finance staff

I had arrived at the store 45min before closing time (6 March 2016 13:15pm), to apply for finance, I had to wait while she was attending another customer. When it was my turn, the store was about to close and she showed no interest in helping as she said it was time for her to go home, and she would process my application the following day, and when I told her I could not come in during the week days, she further didn't not show any interest and at that point she showed signs of anger and dismissed me without any alternatives. She also kept my original documents without making any copies which is something I've come across because most companies make copies and give you back your originals. This sort of treatment has left frustrated and shows no sign of professionalism from her
