Poor unprofessional service

Poor service I am a very unhappy client! Re: Order no #*** I purchased a Sansui 40cm mist fan silver SSMF40 online on 23/11/2022 just before 1am. On 25/11/2022 I received an e-mail from *** za that the mist fan is no longer available and they will refund me I do not accept the refund. The adverti*****t was on the website, payment was made and i received acknowlement that my order has been signed, sealed and will be ready for delivery ASAP! I received an e-mail as confirmation thereof. If the item was no longer available it should not have been available on the website. It is my right as the client to be compensated with an alternative mist fan at the same price if my initial requested must fan is out of stock. I am disappointed at the poor service. I will not rest until I receive the mist fan from HI Fi Corporation. Regards Natasha
