Poor terms of delivery

I placed an order on the 10th of February online for a laptop.It got picked up by courier same day ,Aramex in Bloemfontein, I am in Bloemfontein, delivery address is Bloemfontein, guess what the order went to Johannesburg. I enquired to find out ,I thought it is a mistake, but no it turns out ,it must first go to Johannesburg because they are using a private courier or something like that ,then from Johannesburg it will come back to Bloemfontein. I don't know how that makes sense. Whoever signed off this way of operating didn't think this through.The delivery could have been faster .I hope they make it within the 3 days they promised.
