Poor services and not helpful

I brought a jvc rx-n5200 5.2 home theatre system on the 02/12/2015 the amp broke. I took it in for repairs and they couldn't repair it I got an sms this past Sunday to bring in the whole system for an upgrade. So I did and they tell me I was one sub short. And they can't upgrade my system because it was not complete when I first bought it
