Poor Service! Terrible delivery and online shopping experience

On the 26th of October I placed an order for a 10pc pot set. I was told my set would be delivered in 2 - 5 working days. Its been 2 weeks!!! Everytime i call theres a mix up or im transfered to 100 different agents. Eventually they came to the conclusion that the order was placed at the wrong warehouse, not my problem! The agent told me it was referred to the right warehouse and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and someone would give me a call. No call, no delivery and now their systems are offline. I cannot believe how poor this company's system and service is. Pathetic!!! This will definitely be my first and last purchase! Terrible experience. Im disgusted and disappointed
