Poor service Hifi Corporation.

Worst customer service, the call centre agents are the worst.

Purchased a Freezer on 31/03. Delivered on the 02/04(Item was damaged on arrival)

Immediately let them know, they logged a ticket. Till today no one's called to give me an update. Called this morning apparently the item was delivered yesterday but no one let me know there was a delivery out and on top of that there was no delivery at my home either because my neighbours would've let me know.

Hifi should be ashamed of their services but then again they have your money because apparently a refund takes 7 working days to process.
