Poor service hi-fi corporation N1 City

Bought a fridge/freezer on 27th November 2019. I was assured it would be delivered on the 28th November 2019 by the sales person, Bradley Koopman, from the N1 City Branch. After following up daily for the last week, each phone call resulted in Bradley being shocked that the fridge had not been delivered and that he would arrange for it to be delivered the next day. Today when I called to follow up, Bradley confirmed that they had it on the truck and it would definitely arrive today. I have sat waiting the whole day for a delivery that is already a week late and still nothing has arrived. I would not recommend buying appliances from hi-fi corporation as their service is appalling.
