Poor service Hi-Fi Corporation Bloemfontein

Hi-Fi Corporation Bloemfontein, poor poor service. Whats the purpose of a brand new store, many specials but the staff and management cannot assist in an enquiry? I have phoned them 9 times the past week, each time with a different excuse and empty promises to phone me back... Why even worry to shop there if that's there attitude?
