Poor Service from ordering online!

I am absolutely appalled by the service received from Hifi-Corporation since my online purchase on the 18th of December, yet to be delivered!!

On the 18th of December 2023, I ordered a Fridge that was on special for the Festive Season.

As per their website, delivery of large items takes between 2 and 5 working days! On the 21st, after following up on the my order, I was told by the agent that they no longer have stock and the stock they have in another branch is damaged. I was then told that an agent would send me alternative options, yet, nothing was done!

Complaint has been escalated numerously, yet, still no resolution! JD***

I have contacted HiFi Corporation on several occasions to have the matter resolved and have been unsuccessful! Will definitely NOT use or recommend ordering anything online with them.
