Poor service from Hifi Corporation

I took my phone in for repairs to the HIFI corporation in Park Meadows on the 15th of February and today is the 28th of March and I still haven't received the phone. I was told that it would take 14 to 21 working days and its been 28 days. Today I received a quote from Vodacom telling me to pay R3132 which is more than the amount I payed for the phone. Mind you the phone is insured and is still under warranty. Every time I called I would get told that I would get the phone in the coming days or that they haven't received it with no reason why. Last week I called and I was told that they would check and get back to me and I didn't get a call back. I'm really not impressed!!
