Poor service from hifi corporation

I claimed my lost phone from hifi corporation in mafikeng which i had insured with. Its been more than 3months since i claimed from hifi corporation and they still haven't given me my claimed phone. Im disappointed by the poor service received from hifi corporation and discourage people from insuring their phones with hifi corporation. Everytime i go to the store for my claim they are always excuses. I therefore regret buying at hifi corporation and further insure my phone in-store.
