poor service

on the 27/10/2023 bought washing machine front loader online, when it was delivered first thing I noticed it's not packaged in a original box it was only wrapped with white foam and plastic wrap. when I was unwrapping the plastic and placing it to where its supposed to stand I noticed a crack closed to drawer underneath the crack there's a white paste its like someone was trying to cover it. immediately I called to report this. it was on the 31/10/2023. they asked me to send pictures and I did. still today there's no feedback from them. I have been calling since then the consultant is not helping giving attitude. Im stuck with it and no one is helping out
