Poor service delivery

I ordered earphones online 6 October and since ordering I haven’t receive my parcel to date. For a parcel that is less than 1 kg to take over a week to deliver is unacceptable, I’d suggest yall change courier service as Aramex went passed Bloemfontein to let the parcel stay dormant in Cape Town. I cancelled my order, In future I’ll stock to takealot as they are much more reliable.
