POOR SERVICE DELIVERY BY HIFI CORPERATION

I bought a sansui 55' FHD TV on the 29 November 2019 from Hifi corperation and received an email confirming the order and delivery which was estimated between 2-5 days and ,and later got another email that the item I ordered is out of stock and they are still awaiting new stock,i made several attempts to get clarity on the matter however their call center never answered my calls,it just rings unanswered or dropped, I tried sending several emails but none was responded to.Poor service delivery i will not advice anyone to use their Online shopping due to extremely poor service.
