Poor service delivery

Good day, I app**** online for an account, took my details to your store on a memory stick as per the sms, then they told me they cannot accept the memory stick. I then emailed my bank statements & by accident the May payslip. The application was processed & I said that I would email the June payslip as soon as I got home, which I did. Now I get a call that the account has been declined because you want the July bank statement, please explain to me how you want a July bank statement if we are only in June? Also why do I need to drive to & from the store everytime, why can a person not submit everything electronically like all the other places, do you pay the fuel costs of the people who want to buy from you?
