Poor service delivery

I placed an order last week and received an sms that my order will be received on the 31st of March 2026 however I did not receive it , when i called the call centre they advised that the courier company had a “technical issue” and forgot to update their system and was to receive my order on the 1st of APril however I still did not receive my order . I numerously kept calling the call centre for assistance but they were of no assistance to me as they kept giving me different stories
