Poor service deliver by HIFI corporation team

I bough a stove from HIFI corporation online, and only after two week i was told that they do not have stock near by my residence and only a store 280km Port Elizabeth away they have stock. i arranged to collect the stove in PE and only be told they can not give me the stove due to they are doing stock take, after driving 280KM and i had notified them that i will be coming to collect on that specific date. My husband is at the EL depot to collect as agreed with the PE staff Michele but again we are the one going around running around like headless chicken with no proper communication and direction. I still do not have the stove i paid for
