Poor service

I bought a cellphone Honor X6A 128GB from Hifi coporation in Kimberley 2024-10-02 after 3 months the phone jst shattered down and i return it back to the store and they have send it for repairs. I got a phone call from Hifi coporation and they told me that they cant fix the phone if i want the phone to be fixed i must pay R4154 including vat on this account number *** Ref No RLR177506 can you please help me
