Poor service

We went to the Flamwoodwalk branch to apply for a revolving loan. On arrival the first gentleman to assist us was very helpful. He then called a guy named Marcus to assist us with the application, you could see on his face he was in no mood to assist us. He left us waiting for 10min. Eventually he came to assist. He asked my wife for her ID she said she only had her driver's licence with her. He said it must be an ID. He asked another guy that said no the driver's licence is perfect. Marcus then stood up, walked away and came back in like 1 min. Saying no sorry he can't help us as he must have an ID, he turned around and walked away. We already have a credit account with you that we got from that same branch. We will pay that loan ASAP and you will never see us again.
