poor service

I am really shocked at the service I recently received from HIFI Corp in Springfiled. Its currently run by majority Indian based employee and I mean no ****** as I am indian to. I bought a laptop on Monday 30/01/2023 and at no point did the salesman Kevin advised that the laptop is slow, he suggested we buy the Lenovo as it is the same spec of the HP as I initially wanted. Why would I buy a slow laptop when My child needs for College. On Monday evening we open the laptop however realised it was slow, we thought it new therefore. However my son used it on Tuesday and he complained start up slow ,coudn't access teams and shutdown was slow as well. I called and spoke to Charmaine, Mahesh, Kevin and Trevern (Manager) all explained to what a top sales man Kevin and have wealth of product knowledge as they go on training. My question is if Kevin told us they laptop was slow would we have bought it. There is a handling fee involved, Charmain said beacuse we opened it I cannot return how was I going to use the laptop. Please advise who can assist me with a refund.
