Poor service

I ordered a tv on Thursday 2022-11-24 and i received an email stating they can't process my order because the details of the recipient don't match my details as the tv license holder whereas i had to put my mom as she was going to receive the order at her workplace. They said to refund me and I'm now asking for refund. Please asap I'll buy the tv elsewhere it's supposed to be my mom's Christmas gift.
