Poor Service by HiFi Corporation

I am unhappy with the service I received from HiFi Corporation i bought a music system on black friday online and they advised that it would be received within 5 to 10 working days and it is now almost a month since i bought the item on the 27 of November and they still have not delivered although i paid and there has been no feedback regarding my music system I logged a complain but i still havent been provided feedback this is an obvious case of disrespecting the consumer
