Poor Service

I ordered and paid for a bed on an online only deal with HiFi Corporation. I was sent a travking number, yet the tracking system does not work. Its day 7 and i am unaware where my order is, I tried calling and my calls just ring. Sent a message with facebook messenger and there is no feedback and basicly i am unaware if i will even receive my bed.
